Expression Grand Prix is a competition dedicated and reserved for international dance competitions’ winners, who will be the protagonists of this special competition.
ADMISSION CRITERIA
To the Grand Prix are admitted soloist, couples or groups of dancers of the Junior (from 12 to 15 years) or Over (from 16 years upwards) category, who were ranked 1st or 2nd in international dance competitions in 2018 or 2019, with choreography in the styles:
SELECTION
The aspiring participants have to send a video of the exhibition and documentation certifying their participation and placement a danza@idadance.com.
Expression Grand Prix is a limited number competition, will be selected maximum 12/15 performances at the discretion of the direction of the contest expression.
The deadline for the submission of applications is 2 February 2020 to allow the management of the Competition to select 12/15 choreographies and give the selected to perfect the registration.
REGISTRATION
Selected candidates must arrange for the payment of the registration to the Expression Grand Prix, completing the appropriate form sent by the organization and paying the registration fee (following the directions on the form).

EXHIBITION
The dancers selected for Expression Grand Prix will have the opportunity to perform Saturday, February 22, 2020 at the Nazioni Pavilion from about 6.00 p.m. (the timetable may change) in front of a jury of professional dancers and choreographers who will decide an absolute winner.
The dancers must arrive one hour before the scheduled time.
The musical track will be delivered directly to the technicians present at the Nazioni Pavilion (MP3 format on USB stick or cd in two copies with only the musical track).
The choreography submitted to the competition must be the same presented in the video for the selection.
The jury’s judgment is final.
PRIZES
Soloists
The 1° soloist will receive the trophy Grand Prix 2020 and a prize of 1.000€ (in case of equal merit the prize will be divided among the winners).
The 2° and the 3° soloist will win the trophy Grand Prix 2020.
Groups and Couples
The 1° group or pair/duo will receive the trophy Grand Prix 2020 and a prize of 1.000€ (in case of equal merit the prize will be divided among the winners).
The 2° and the 3° group or pair/duo will win the trophy Grand Prix 2020.

Participating in the international dance competition “Expression”, contributes to the achievement of the statutory purposes – the promotion of dance – for schools established as Asd – amateur sports associations.
